Senior CX & Insight Strategist

17 years of experience in developing current and new brands, products and experiences, based on data-driven insights from brand research, customer insight, and future analysis. During the last 5 years at Telia Company, I have been responsible for the global brand and customer insight unit, which included responsibilities such as systematically measure and improve CX (Voice of the Customer), brand tracking, segmentation, and the implementation of a unified CX management platform. Fredrik Aidehag

Innovation & Design Director

20+ years of experience in developing innovative brands, products and experiences, based on data-driven insights and creative approaches. During the last 7 years I have been responsible for innovation and design for AI Powered Healthtech comapnies Cenvigo and NuvoAir, building the products and services from scratch. Prior to this, I have worked 12+ years as a innovation and product design consultant for world renown firms IDEO and PWC, helping clients such as Novartis, Eli Lilly, SJ, IKEA, Head launch new products and services.
